Brown Staffing Solutions serves two equally important parties: our Clients and our Candidates. We save our clients time and money by only suggesting the right IT professional to staff IT project needs. We also try our best to attract the top talent by bringing candidates real opportunities.  With over 40 years of experience staffing IT projects in Metro Detroit, the management at Brown Staffing Solutions combines a wealth of local industry knowledge and long-term relationships to find the best candidates and the best opportunities. We utilize a large network of client and recruiting connections in Metro Detroit to make the best fit for both parties. Our experience covers a wide variety of client industries, including automotive, health care/payer side, insurance, financial, education and government.

We know that both our clients’ time and our candidates’ time is valuable. Therefore, our value proposition is simple: We do the filtering for both parties so they don’t have to. For each IT staffing need, Brown Staffing Solutions strives to understand our client’s business, its culture and the job requirements for the project.  We then explain our client’s needs to our candidates to determine if there is a match.

Mr. Brown has over 20 years of IT staffing experience in Metro Detroit.  With a client-first attitude, he understands that building relationships and trust is the first step to any partnership. Before recommending a solution, his mission is to get to know you, your company, and your work culture. From there, he will work hard to understand fully your requirements before looking for solutions.

His end goal is to streamline the placement process by presenting clients with three top candidate solutions, leading to two interviews, and resulting in one placement.
