Summary of Opportunity

Our Client has an immediate need for OnBase Systems Engineers for an ongoing contract . This individual will provide subject matter expertise for technical guidance, training and direction with a team of development professionals.

Skills and Experience Required:

OnBase server administration and support for various enterprise functions.

3+ years’ experience with OnBase Workflow or Workview
Understanding of workflow, queues, transitions, API interfaces, and complex business solutions
Ability to take complex business requirements and translate it into working solutions
Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance, training and work direction to less experienced engineers
Develop new program, systems and/or computing infrastructure
Identify and document business requirements for new development projects and prepare detailed technical specifications from which programs or infrastructure can be built
Lead service support activities and initiatives
Lead or work on the company’s most complex projects
Ability to break down and communicate complex concepts in manageable parts for successful execution by teams and team members
Coordinate vendor relationships and commitments on project involvement/deliverables
Design and implement systematic approaches and alternatives
Conduct preliminary studies to define needs and determine feasibility
Confer with clients and analyze business/functional requirements.
Develop procedures for moving program changes, enhancements, etc. into IT production processing
Understand and relate business/functional requirements to application/infrastructure requirements
Initiate and lead support activities including problem analysis, technical evaluation, work estimates and implementation services
Coordinate support or project activities with all applicable constituents including customers using the systems, IT staff supporting the systems, vendors/third parties, and/or business managers
Identify and lead, as assigned, resources and communications to facilitate work completion
Train and provide guidance to new IT team members to assist them in orientation to policies, procedures and responsibilities
Serve as an escalation point for system engineers to escalate problems and inquiries requiring further evaluation beyond the associated skill level
Represent IT in project and/or business meeting and engagements
Lead conference calls or visits with vendors/third parties
Introduce new customers to IT services to assist in familiarizing them with appropriate systems, services, policies and procedures.

.NET C# Developer

Our Client is looking for a full stack .NET developer (C#) strong in web services and three-tier web architecture.

C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, SOAP, REST, Agile, MS SQL (table design, normalization, stored procs, views, triggers, indexing, functions).

The opportunity is at our client’s Ferndale, MI location.

Senior Software Developer (Content Delivery)

Our client is looking for experienced Software Engineers interested in joining our Product Development team. Team members are building platforms for advanced vehicle diagnostics, digital owner information and onboarding, and service portals. Our client is headquartered in Clinton Township, Michigan with international offices in Italy, Belgium, and Shanghai. Their Product Development team is located in downtown Detroit in the new WeWork offices.
We are also looking for Engineers with Java 8+, Spring, and ElasticSearch experience to continue building and scaling our information delivery systems. We are looking for engineers with back-end experience, devops, and knowledge of the front-end because product teams are responsible for their entire product top to bottom.

Our Client is headquartered in Clinton Township, Michigan with international offices in Italy, Belgium, and Shanghai. Their Product Development team is located in downtown Detroit in the new WeWork offices.
They are looking for Engineers with Python and React experience to drive the next iteration of our vehicle diagnostic platform. We are looking for a full-stack engineer because individual product teams are responsible for their entire product’s infrastructure, including backend, frontend, devops, and testing.

• Experience building and hosting Python3 web applications (Flask/Django experience is a bonus)
• Experience with relational database development and tunning
